After spending nearly two decades in the human resources space and feeling like a total odd ball this is now my website where by I reflect on all the things that corporate life offers. There are just so many moments within my career that I would stop and take a look around and think "Why is this a thing?"
Sometimes it felt as though the only reason why I was doing something was because the person before me in my role did it that way and so I must also do it that way too.
